This could help you to configure your mobile phone (sony ericsson, nokia, siemens etc). This guide is example and you must do the option yourself. Note that IPv4 (may) doesn't exist in SE or siemens. Certain mobile doesn't support OTA. So, I sent a manual configuration. Sorry, no 3G setup for Celcom except you use Nokia, you can get it at a website below. For OTA:

- You will be charge SMS send RM0.15 and SMS received RM0.40

mcm ni, klu guna data card atau usb modem, boleh set kat huawei tu. Dia ada papar jenis connection, pilih GPRS only jika tmpt saudara tu x ade 3G. Tapi klu guna henset, rasenya tak ade masalh sbb celcom 3G juga support GPRS. Klu guna Nokia, nak setup dia paling mudah pergi kat website nokia atau kontek operator 1111 untuk konfigurasi.
aloo.. saya guna huawei maxis usb modem utk celcom bb saya, connect boleh, tapi line unstable dan macam setiap 15-30 minit mesti downnye line die.. saya kna tukar ke setting modem tuh make new network connection setting tuh
unstable network? kat huawei tu, click kat setting--> choose connection type --> GPRS preffer (bermaksud ia akan utamakan GPRS dari 3G atau hsdpa). Boleh juga guna GPRS only kat setting tu(bermaksud hanya GPRS yang akan digunakan)
